Privacy Policy

Summary

CycleKit does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. Every period, symptom, and setting you log is stored only on your device. There is no user account, no login, and no remote server holding your information.

The only outbound network connection the app makes is to Apple (via RevenueCat) when you choose to start, restore, or manage a Premium subscription. That connection is for billing only.

What we store on your device

When you use CycleKit, the following information is saved to your device's app-local storage (Apple Data Protection Class C, sandboxed per app):

• Period entries (start date, optional end date, optional notes)

• Symptom entries (date, mood/energy/pain ratings, symptom flags, optional notes)

• Your preferences (cycle length, period length, onboarding state)

• Whether you have an active Premium entitlement

You can export everything as JSON or CSV at any time from Settings, and you can erase everything with a single tap from Settings → Danger zone.

What we do not collect

CycleKit contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers, no crash reporters, no marketing or attribution trackers, and no behavioral telemetry. We do not know who you are, where you are, what device you use, when you open the app, or what you log. We cannot share or sell data we never receive.

In-app purchases (Premium)

CycleKit Premium is processed by Apple's In-App Purchase system, with subscription management handled by RevenueCat, Inc. ("RevenueCat"). When you purchase, restore, or check entitlements:

• Apple receives the standard purchase data required to complete the transaction (your Apple ID, payment method, and product identifier). This is handled by Apple under their privacy policy.

• RevenueCat receives an anonymous App User ID (generated by their SDK), the product identifier, and the purchase receipt. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or any cycle data. See https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy for details.

No purchase or entitlement information is ever combined with the data you log inside CycleKit. The two never meet.

Children

CycleKit is rated 12+ on the App Store and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children, because we do not collect data at all.

Medical disclaimer

CycleKit is an educational tool. It is not a medical device, not a contraceptive, and not a fertility diagnostic. Cycle predictions are statistical estimates based on the data you enter, and they can be wrong. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

Your rights

Because we don't store your data on our servers, there is nothing for us to "request" on your behalf. To exercise your rights:

• Access / export: Settings → Data → Export as JSON (or CSV with Premium).

• Deletion: Settings → Danger zone → Delete all data on this device. This wipes everything immediately and permanently.

• Portability: The JSON export contains a complete, machine-readable copy of all your data.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, the new version will appear here and inside the app on the next release. We will note the new effective date at the top.
